Westfield Montgomery and Westfield Wheaton are partnering with KID Museum to ensure that our community’s neediest will have access to creative learning experiences throughout the COVID-19 crisis. Westfield’s support will help KID Museum reach more children with live virtual programming at a time when children from low-income communities are even more vulnerable to falling behind.

“Westfield is proud to partner with KID Museum as they continue to advocate for our future generation of innovators through creative educational programs,” says Christi Swanson, Westfield Vice President of Center Marketing. “That’s why we are happy to support children and families with educational resources and services that are needed most during these times.”

Westfield has previously partnered with KID Museum, joining as a FutureFest sponsor in September 2019. FutureFest, a free family festival held each year in Silver Spring, exposes thousands of families to hands-on, maker programming, while encouraging them to explore the many world cultures that make up our community.
