Welcome to the world of fiber arts! Learn how to hand sew, use a sewing machine, and create custom patterns.

Signing up for this workshop includes registration for all three sessions of this Deep Dive Series. This workshop does not include general admission, which may be purchased separately.

Session 1: Quilted Tote Bag (10/8/2023)

Learn basic machine and hand sewing techniques, including threading a needle, knot tying, running stitch, and the whip stitch, and then use these skills to make a patchwork tote bag.

Session 2: Pattern Makers (10/15/2023)

Design and make a custom sewing project while learning more about pattern making.

Session 3: Stitching it Together (10/22/2023)

Now that a custom sewing project has been designed, work with a facilitator to bring that design to completion.

Friends and families are invited for the last 15 minutes to see their child’s work.
