Invent the Future: Skills Series (January)

An event every week that begins at 3:00pm on Saturday, repeating until February 2, 2019

Middle schoolers: get the skills you need to invent the future! Dive into design, engineering, electronics, and coding to develop skills you can use to build your own inventions. You’ll learn about power tools, circuitry, and coding with sensors, and then practice incorporating these skills as you prototype inventions. This 4-session skill-building series will prepare you to take on the Invent the Future Challenge(6-8 grade)

Visit 1 – Design & Engineering (Jan 12)
Visit 2 – Electricity & Circuits (Jan 19)
Visit 3 – Sensors & Coding (Jan 26)
Visit 4 – Fabrication (Feb 2)

Note: You do not need to be registered for the Invent the Future Challenge to participate in this session. Come individually or as a team.
